About Us

Passport, Wallet, Phone? That is the question we ask ourselves just before we head out just about anywhere (if we are in our home town on a road trip we just replace keys for passport). If we have those things we will be fine.

We are a retired and almost retired couple who love exploring the world. We are active at home hiking and making day trips in the Pacific Northwest. We travel all sorts of ways: self-directed tours, guided tours, cruising, trekking, working remotely, and even chartering a sailboat. Some of our trips are fancy, others are not. Our goal is to give you a feeling for the places we go, and how we got there and provide a little useful information along the way.
